My specialty is childhood deafness, and I train speech-language pathologists and teachers of the deaf. I favor interdisciplinary practice, family-centered supports, and research-based practices. I am using Open Educational Resources to better equip the students I serve at Texas Woman’s University, and have entered a new area in my own professional development as a result.
