I am  a researcher in science and mathematics education. I have been working with and recommending the use of Open Educational Resources (OERs) and Free and Open- Source Software (FOSS) in education for the last decade under various projects. My interests include graphicacy, OERs, designing and developing teaching–learning activities in science, mathematics and digital literacy, technology in education and open pedagogy. I have a Ph.D. in science education and am currently working as a Post-doctoral Researcher under the UNESCO Chair on Multimodal Learning and OER at the North-West University in South Africa.
